Terms and Conditions
The most recent price list is valid. This is currently February 1, 2025. All previous price lists and prices are hereby cancelled, unless otherwise stated. The prices stated are gross purchase prices excluding VAT, in euros, excluding shipping or transport costs. Prices apply to all deliveries from Amsterdam, unless otherwise stated.
To prevent errors, we only accept orders where the article number is stated. After the order confirmation it is no longer possible to order additional products, please take this into account when ordering.
Delivery time
After an order confirmation, the order will be prepared according to the overview below, unless otherwise stated. Products cannot be collected on Wednesdays and Fridays. It is possible to schedule a later collection day, which must be agreed before the order confirmation is sent. An earlier collection day is in principle not possible. So take this into account when ordering.

Tuesday --> Thursday
Wednesday --> Monday
Thursday --> Tuesday
Friday --> Tuesday
Collection is not possible on Wednesday & Friday.
Exchange and invoice pallets
The invoice is automatically sent as soon as the order has been collected. We automatically invoice as soon as the truck has left. For exchanges on location, please send us an email and we will provide a credit note for the exchanged pallets. The pallet price is €18.00 per piece.
Transport
Our terms of sale are EXW. This means that Tierrafino B.V. is responsible for the products and the packaging on the pallets. The buyer is responsible for the transport, from the moment of collection to the moment of delivery. If it concerns a shipment outside the EU, the buyer is also responsible for the customs documents. In exceptional cases, it is possible to have us arrange the transport.
Orders for outside the EU
For the customs documents, we need two things from us: the invoice and the export documents with HS codes. We will arrange these on request. There are no costs involved. The transport company you work with will specify the location where the order will leave the EU. With these three details, you can arrange the customs documents.
‘Panic’ orders
We assume that the trader keeps stock and takes care of the orders. We are not set up as a drop-shipment company. ‘Ordered today, pick up tomorrow’ is not possible. However, we do want to support you in ‘panic’ situations, where a faster service is required for small quantities. In order to be able to offer this service, a maximum 20% discount applies to all orders under 250 euros (including discount, excluding VAT). If everything is done in a regular way, a trader does not need to use this in principle and the normal rates and normal conditions apply. See this purely as a service that we provide to solve ‘panic on the job’.
